Guests praised the clean and comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, and delicious breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Portsmouth - North. The lack of chairs in the room was a minor downside. The (Read More)hotel's convenient location off the A27, ample parking for a small fee, and 24-hour food service were appreciated. Overall, guests found it to be a great value for money and would happily stay again.

Compared to our previous stay pre Covid, this stay was a bit disappointing with the room not being set up in advance and

Room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3pm, main bed ready but sofa bed not set up for the kids, and when we returned after 8pm, still wasnt set up so we had to ask reception to get it setup for the kids bedtime Chargeable parking?? Why not set up guest free parking by giving car number plate?
