Superb

Convenient, location clean rooms, comfortable beds , beautiful white towels . Friendly , helpful staff, 24 hour reception . Onsite parking. Very good breakfast with many options available . Excellent value for money.

Very very worst experience

The hotel is absolutely dusty and coukdnt breathe normally and very suffocating because of dust and the beda are absolutely bad that my family couldnt sleep a minute and would never go there again and would never use this brand

They could have keep the rooms clean and tidy with less dust and comfort beds and the bathroom are full of hairs and bot cleaned properly

The location and breakfast was good. The room size was excellent and it was very quiet.

The evening meal provided was very poor and over priced. It was very busy at breakfast time.

Delivered what you expect.

As you would expect the Hotel was clean and had all the regular facilities. The room was smart and clean with tea making facilities (but no biscuits?) Although the Hotel is next to the motorway there is very little noise intrusion, if any. They have a dining and bar area which provides a limited food menu and an even more limited drinks menu, although the service was sharp and courteous, the food was also very tasty and welcome. Breakfast was a fairly limited buffet style event but was well presented and limitless, food preferences were also catered for.

Very little of the Hotel was disappointing but the prices for the food and drinks could be reviewed due to the limited offering. If you have driven a long way and just need refreshments the last thing you want to do is get back in the car and go searching for food and drink.

The staff tried their best and were polite and professional whilst having to cope with the excessive volume of guests.

The catering facilities, on both mornings, were too inadequate to cope with the volume of guests. Running out of food, available tables, plates, and cutlery. Lighting in the room was poor, in regards to a workstation for makeup/hair.
