    How they maintain the cleanliness of the washroom. They clean it everyday, all staffs are accomodating.
    Food was great, but i suggest they should have at least other choices for breakfast

    the location is good because its downtown and near the subway (need to walk 5-10 mins)
    the menu of their breakfast is the same every 2 days

    Price reasonable for room quality and location.
    Very good reception staff. Good cleanliness throughout. Excellent bathroom other than low water pressure in shower. Heating controls worked well.
    Minimum food options other than breakfast. Low water pressure in shower. All pillows very firm. Room decor other than bed was a bit 'dated'.
