Hotel had false advertising. Dissatisfied!
I had to be placed on hold for 15 minutes, 3 different times to check if my room was ready. The staff wasn't friendly or very helpful. They should have called ME! THEY knew my number. I paid big bucks for an advertised 192 square foot room, with two chairs and a balcony, The room was half the size, only one chair (and I booked for two adults,) and no balcony. Misleading advertisement on the site. Also, the a/c was noisy; and the bed was too high. I had a difficult time climbing onto the bed. The handle to the glass door shower was already broken and the staff neglected to fix it. The one jacuzzi was small for the number of guests booked. The maid took 3 hours to give me a toilet paper roll. I had to wait too long! The room did not supply an extra 4oll at check in. It was my birthday and a dissatisfied stay. I would not recommend this hotel. Angry bird.

How the pool wasn't opened when we first arrived but opened a couple of days before we left which was amazing.
Need to have a more variety of fresh fruit to be available for breakfast

Good stay for a mid-level hotel.
Excellent location and room cleanliness, having complimentary breakfast was very convenient.
First hotel I stayed at, where they asked for each individual's name who were staying in the room. Not sure why the hotel needed my children's name, seems to be a sense of not trusting guests. Also, the reminder of the rates, specifically, highlighted the rate was for the number of adults and children I had booked. Other than this anomaly, stay at the property was fine.
