An ok facility unfortunately run by scammers.
Breakfast was advertised on booking.com as included but the hotel asks for additional payments for the breakfast claiming that it is not included for the kids. The staff refuses to correct the information on booking.com and claims it is the customer's problem, not the hotel's. The hotel believes that customers have no rights and that it does not have to live up to promises it makes through booking.com. I therefore advice booking.com to remove this hotel from its system. If it does not want to do business through booking,com why have it in the system? Beware of these scammers!
The hotel could have delivered what it promised through booking.com. The daytime staff bluntly declared that they do not care what is advertised on booking, that is the customers' problem. The staff is aware that the hotel lies to customers with the purpose of charging them more and tricking them into choosing this scam hotel instead of properly managed hotels in the neighborhood. Be aware if you value honesty and customer service. If not - go ahead and book with the scammers.

The breakfast is great. Staff are hospitable exceeding what excellent customer service is. I like my cocktail drinks served by a wonderful bartender.
There was no welcome guest package I normally get from a hotel. Like water bottle. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush (which good thing I brought my own).

Great place to stay if you are going to the Meadowlands:)
Great place. I had a small medical emergency and they were so helpful to my family. I could not say enough good things about the staff.
