    The first room I was assigned was not clean. There was no shower curtain and trash containers were setting on the counters.

    Good and safe location. Nice staffs especially Roy and Fernando.
    Cleaning staff needs improvement. Being asked on my first morning needed to clean the room and answered yes to her. She showed unhappy face. When back in the night, the room was same as when out in the morning.

    The rooms in this hotel were big and spacious, and it was great to have access to both a small gym and a pool during my stay.
    Unfortunately, my stay coincided with a college football game taking place in Ann Arbor, which led to a significant increase in hotel prices (around 330 EUR per night). The room was quite chilly, and the air conditioning system seemed to emit an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall ambiance. My room was located on the third floor, close to the cleaning ladies' office, so I could always hear them walking around and yelling loudly all the time. That made it difficult to focus on work. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointingly limited, and the staff struggled to communicate effectively in English. Moreover, I encountered an issue with breakfast charges, as it was required to use vouchers on weekdays, which were not provided to me, resulting in an extra charge for breakfast.

    I would definitely like to book with them again.
    Good air quality, very comfortable spacious room, clean, staff, location, inviting lobby, comfortable dining and bar, patio, workout room nice indoor pool, coffee in room, mic and fridge, good size TV.
    minor inconvenience was the key cards didnt always work, and an elevator glitch.

    Older. Not worth the price. Wanted seperate suite. Suite space but no door. Wanted my wife to be able to sleep while I went to my appt.
