Not so great

Why did Booking.com charge 100 dollards more than what was mentioned on the Booking.com web site? If Booking was going to cheat me like that I could have booked the hotel through another online web site. Never again would I book any hotel or flight tickets through Booking.com web site.

Superb

Great place to stay when moving your kid to college or anytime

The room was good size, had the amenities I needed for my stay and the staff was fantastic. They acknowledged me and asked a time or two if I had needs, but never bugged me.

I would have loved the cost to be lower. But given it was move in week for students at RIT, I understood the prices were higher.

The staff was extremely friendly at chevk in Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having regular sized pillows instead of those tiny pillows that hotels often provide. Price was fairm

Nothing we would like a compensation or refund for this

The staff was very rude and it wasnt family friendly. We had an infant with us and our daughter was provided a metal crib without any safety bumpers and when asked the front staff for a playpen or another crib which could not hurt my daughters head while sleeping, they said thats all they had. How can an infant sleep in a metal crib without safety pads or bumpers, they can hurt their head. The hotel room we stayed in had a lot of ants, so our daughter couldnt okay on floor and staff said ants are present in summer always in hotel
