Great New Year Celebration
Fantastic friendly welcome for a great New Year celebration. Comfortable and spacious room and the location is excellent.The hotel is very dog friendly. Despite most guests arriving for breakfast at the same time, the staff provided a wide variety of good food served well.

Very pleasant, ideal for visiting the town
Location brilliant. Included breakfast was good, enough choice. Bedroom had lovely view of part of the marina.
Our evening meal, having booked it for 5. 30pm & given a choice of rooms to take it in, we were then informed we were not expected & the dining room was cold. On top of that our meal was over half an hour late & only when catching a waitress, was it delivered.

Lovely place to stay, only thing I could probably complain about would be the cleanliness maybe there were big red wine stains on the carpet that did look quite bad and just general wear and tear, other than that is was a nice place to stay, comfy big beds, nice and warm, very very spacious, bathroom was completely separate, nice view from the balcony, balcony door was quite stiff to open, can't comment on breakfast as we never stayed for breakfast.
Hope to visit again soon
Red wine stains on the carpet that were quite bad and general wear and tear, balcony door was very stiff and we couldn't open it and had to get staff to open it for us, very friendly and happy to help though.

Stayed over when visiting Eventim for Donny Osmond concert!! Fabulous.

On the marina which was lovely and the staff were very pleasant and helpful
I found small dark hairs in my bed which is unnaceptable but informed the staff on reception,,the window did not close fully,loose screws so was a litte drafty and poor finish everywhere like sealer in the bathroom and paint on the walls,also the bedside lamp was too near the head of the bed so we had to move the it in more and the lamp was loose like someone had probably knocked their head on it with the bad positioning of it. Its all needs updating.
