Comfy bed and friendly staff
The room is spacious and I like the wardrobe is an open concept - hang up or take out your clothes any time. There were also a soft pillow and a firm pillow provided for each person though the firm one feels soft to me. The shower area is spacious and the shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion were provided and in big bottles. From the lift lobby at room level, we can see the traffic at the customs.
We need to change the lift when going to rooms. It was kind of inconvenient as there were alot of people waiting for the lifts. There were only 2 lifts to cater for carpark and ground floor.

It could be a perfect staycation.
The hotel is extremely close to the johor immigration checkpoint making it super convenient if you travel by train or bus.
The staff is undertrained. At almost 11 am, I attempted to check in but was informed by Ms. Farhana that the check-in time was 3 pm. I politely requested an earlier check-in at 1 pm, but she firmly stated it's the hotel policy due to the holiday season. Despite this, I tried again at 1 pm, and Ms. Verra assisted us. She allowed an early check-in but mentioned that a positive Google review would be appreciated. This raised concerns about sincerity. We paid in cash for the buffet dinner, but an hour later, a staff member called to confirm payment, disrupting our evening. This raised questions about the staff's adherence to SOP or proper payment recording. Fortunately, I had the receipt, emphasizing the importance of keeping receipts.

Our Experience
The staff are professional as always.
All arrangements are well taken care of.
My request for connecting room always not fulfilled. Hopefully next time the hotel can make it happen.
The breakfast crowd is overwhelming. Service staff unable to manage professionally.
