Greeted by friendly informative staff at the reception desk. Room was easy to find, clean, great amenities. We ate both tea and breakfast at the hotel and very pleased with both meals. Hotel location is amazing! Across the road from the train station and a 5 minute walk from shopping area.
Only minor issue was that the tv in the room wasnt working. It said poor connection due to the ariel (or something along those lines). As we didnt spend much time in the room it wasnt a problem for us, I would have happily contacted reception desk if needed though as I feel they would have been more than happy to help.

The Staff makes this hotel even more special, warm, friendly and always there when needed. The location is fantastic so central. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and modern. No hesitation in staying again.
