The location was excellent , right by canal street and the city centre and a one minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. The service was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one for free.
Breakfast was a little chaotic, the food was great but there were not enough servers to take orders for any additional items wanted. They would be better off not offering this service as there is plenty of food available at the buffet, or ensuring there are enough staff to check in with each table.

Great stay - ideal location for the centre and Xmas markets - would definitely stay again.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location.
Coffee/tea in room didnt seem to have been replenished and looked a bit old - only a small niggle though as didnt use it anyway.
