Build a bridge over the railway line to Cicada market!!!
Rooms are spacious,
Breakfast options are very good
Staff were attentive and worked hard to find solutions to some of the issues we were having.
Take a taxi over to the cicada market at 5pm. Great live music, excellent food and good bars. A nice evening out.
Heavy construction just outside the north end of the building(scheduled for at least all of 2024)
24hour workers.
Very expensive F&B. you are trapped, VERY limited childrens menu items.
There is no walking to the beach! You must take a taxi or shuttle into town- the property is isolated. December is extremely windy and the rooftop area which has a nice infinity pool and swim up bar were unusable for the 7 days we were there
The water park does not allow you to take bottles of water into the park.

Okay for water park access
Very clean minimal hotel with direct access to the Water Park (why we went) Okay for a couple of nights. Infinity pool views are good. Lots of stuff for kids.
Absolutely nothing within walking distance - you are isolated for any other food or entertainment options unless you get the shuttle into Hua Hin. View from the Sky bar is great but the prices are exorbitant.

We liked everything. Staff were very accommodating, friendly very good service at the Pramong restaurant. Rooms were like in the pictures, spacious and clean. We loved bunk bed for kids. View was great. Also we really enjoyed access and tokens to the Vana Nava water park. It was amazing experience. Also infinity pool on the 26th floor was great!

Perfect holiday in an excellent Hotel
Friendliness, Helpfulness, Attitude of entire Hotel staff, comfort, Swimmingpool at 26th and Rooftop Bar at 27th floor, Breakfast Buffet, Parking facilities. I recommend this Hotel without reservations. All my expectations were met and exceeded.

Excellent family hotel, brilliant value for money!
Great resort, felt brand new, the staff were attentive and friendly and the rooms were incredibly comfortable.
The water park next door and hotel infinity pool were brilliant for the family.
