    Horrible stay which I ever had.
    Ambiance in the property Staffs are good. Food was excellent.
    Room was full of dust. Water was leaking from the bathroom pipe TV was not working Dirty table placed in Balcony. Small pillow provided was damaged.

    Booking.com should give customers information correctly to avoid resendments at checkout
    Hidden coding for guest category, high rate but no breakfast included. At check in said BF complimentary, at checkout charged and said it is not. Not the cost of BF. But feel uninformed properly.

    Beautiful tea plantations . Well maintained. Quick response from staff
    Water in bathroom stopped 3 times in a span of 2 days. Had to call up room service. This was very annoying when someone is using bathroom. Not received a consolidated final bill. Had to make settlement based on some handwritten values.
