    Staff need to be trained on how to talk and respect guest. Very rude no manner of politeness
    The rooms on the ground floor are infested with flees couldnt stop scratching in bed at night. The reception staff lady at check in was awful very rude, the breakfast staff were also very badl mannered

    A lovely building with spacious rooms and a great pool, however food took too long to arrive
    Staff were friendly and helpful and pool was a really good size
    Beds were not comfortable for me, subjective I know but I had back ache both nights and mornings. For dinner our food took over 1 hour to come out.

    The website brochure looked ok but very misleading
    Room decor and leisure facilities were tired, very overcrowded and noisy. Groups of children's swimming classes, gangs of parents hanging around mixed with groups/gangs of road workers effing and blinding. It's not at all relaxing in any way.

    Disappointed with standards of cleanliness and bed comfort
    Nice bar area, lovely grounds and good location.
    Avoid room 338, the bed was dreadful, even with a topper the matters is really uncomfortable and old. The bathroom had someones long dark hairs all over the floor and the toilet area had body hair. Skirting boards full of dust in the bathroom, needs attention to cleaning detail. Shame because the room was a nice room. Served a burger running with blood in the bar area, it was quickly rectified and staff apologised, it was busy but not impressed with a raw burger.

    Lovely hotel and the staff were so lovely.
    New years eve and nothing for residents who didnt book buffet and disco. New years day some areas were closed and no towels to use the pool. The hotel was quite cold too.

    Comfortable room in a convenient location.
    Very welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Location was convenient to visit Salts Mill and Haworth. Good breakfast. Would definitely return to stay here.
    It was a bit noisy at times during night time but not too bad.
