Some cleanliness issues were noted with the floors, but it didn't deter guests from wanting to stay again. The breakfast was excellent, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The staff handled a water leak situation efficiently. Overall, a positive experience.

    Location was excellent. Lot's of grass for dog
    One elevator was out of order for several days. Water wasn't hot enough. Breakfast was from 6 am to 9am ... Front desk and main lobby was on second floor. So we have to go trough garage and take elevator. Of course if one elevator is broken, you spen lots of your time waiting in garage....

    It was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.
    Location was perfect. Large rooms. Ability to chose my room.
    One of the elevators were out, causing long wait time. Housekeeping dress code very lax. Dont want to see your pants down on your thighs.

    Great location and room! I would still stay again .
    The rooms were really big, so that gave us more room to move around and get ready. Also, location was great for us to go the Biltmore!
    I disliked the Breakfast very much. My husband liked a waffle. But the egg sandwich with Sausage was so dry and hard. Tasted so bad. Coffee was the only thing good. Also, only one elevator working which means longer waits.

    Nice location, lack of service for requests
    The location was great.
    Trash was left in room from previous guest. Inadequate supplies in bathroom and coffee station. Made us wonder if the sheets were actually changed. Requested supplies several times. The night clerk the first night we were there was the only clerk that responded to our request. The other Clerk's didn't respond at all. The kitchen sink was stopped up the whole time we were there. If the room had been clean and c well stocked the facility would have been very nice.

    Most relaxing, clean/comfortable, quiet hotel atmosphere at such reasonable price & location.
    EXTREMELY CLEAN, Quiet, Large Comfortable Room w/great kitchen, Staff-very welcoming & helpful on directions, king room had very comfy sofa sleeper & large TV as well. Perfect location.
    Absolutely NOTHING negative.

    Overall, it was ok for our one night stay and the location is great!
    The location is perfect and the staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast is hot and delicious!
    Our room is a little bit dirty and seems old, we found dogs food on the sofa bed and also stains on the bathroom
