    Good hotel, would stay again.
    Overall it was a nice place. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Pool was nice and warm. Staff were friendly. The kitchenette was nice to have to store our leftovers and heat up later. The hotel is located next to a large shopping/restaurant area in what seemed to be a pretty affluent area of Charlotte. We were about 30 minutes from downtown.
    Our bathroom walls and floor could have been cleaner. There was also a spot of crusty brown stuff on one of the blankets. Otherwise room and hotel were clean.

    Above and beyond customer service!!!!!
    Staff on my first day went above and beyond. Didnt have much interaction during my stay due to work. The manager on my last day was just as great as she was on my first day.

    I would stay again.
    It was a very nice hotel. Indoor pool was nice and clean. The rooms were updated and clean.
    The breakfast was ok, it could have had more choices. I've had better at other hotels. Our view was terrible, it looked onto a tire shop.
