Pool was freezing and the breakfast lady was crabby.
The heater in the pool didnt work. The kids were looking forward to swimming and it was real cold with cold outdoor temps. No one was in the pool.

Clean and convienient
I was so pleased with the staff, from calling them the day before arrival to them all greeting me at the front desk. I asked for a luggage cart and the maintenance man went in search ASAP. came back with one. All were helpful and nice. I love the suite concept and it was well appointed with everything a person could need. Clean as could be. It was a full hotel because hurricane Idalia was sending bands of rain and wind but the next morning there were teams of women ,cleaning and gathering bedding for washing. Tip them!! Oh, breakfast was nice too,
I can sincerely say there wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay. I am a dog owner and I brought towels from home to dry my dogs off so as not to use hotels towels.
