Excellent short stay

The staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. They were very responsive to my requests. I called about the AC and the maintenance personnel came immediately and fixed issue.

We were traveling with our dog. This property is very dog friendly. Grassy areas with poop stations. Very comfortable suites. Its so nice to have more room and a table to eat at with proper dishes and utensils

Its a bit of a drive off the highway which is why I didnt give it high marks for location. The area itself was very nice once you got there. No restaurant within walking distance which is important to us after a long drive, but we did DoorDash and they delivered right to our room.

Convenient location and very comfortable

Breakfast was clean and well maintained and managed. The rooms and cleanliness of the hotel is emaculate. The comfort was amazing. Staff were all smiling and happy. So happy and exceeded my expectations.

It was close to restaurants, malls, interstate driving, and grocery stores.

I was not informed that my towels wouldnt be replaced unless I asked and no trash emptied as well. The breakfast is very convenient but very pre packaged.

Very good

Clean, comfortable, and spacious! A great place to rest after a long day of driving!

Loved the facilities! Coming in you could feel how clean and welcoming everyone is! TONS of space and storage in our room! Was just what we needed after a long day of driving!

The bathroom was a little dirty (not too much) compared to the room it could have used a bit more love.

Great place to stay.

This is our favorite place to stay in the Shreveport area. The staff is outstanding. Room was very clean. Many places to eat or shop nearby.

Stay was great. Our a/c did have squealing noise that was annoying when TV was off and room was quite.
