The location was convenient with nearby food and (Read More) grocery options, as well as easy access to bus transportation. The hotel offered excellent hospitality with clean rooms, complimentary coffee and tea, and daily housekeeping. While there was a broken elevator during one stay, it did not greatly impact the overall experience. Guests felt safe and would recommend the hotel for its friendly staff and convenient amenities.

    Beautiful hotel. Will be back.
    The property was close to American Dream Water Park which was the reason for our stay. They are doing maintenance work on the building which is nice to know. We will be back.
    The elevator takes forever. Not a deal breaker, but really, its awful.

    Breakfast was great, the staff were exceptional... what a nice change !
    I wish the pool was open later, but just for adults.... I know you need to clean the area, but it seemed like a excuse to close it, could be they had problems in the past, so I guess I understand...

    I really liked our room and room layout. Even with minor issues, the front desk staff was amazing as well!! Very friendly, professional and accommodating!! They even offer help with travel to and from different locations due to walking being illegal-for safelty reasons- in that area.
    The things I did not like were the out of order elevator and the lack of info on how to detour from use of the elevator. It posed time problems and accessibility issues. If something could be done to fix the elevator and stairs situation, it would bring this property to a 10.
