Hotel with an amazing view

Amazing, kind and helpful staff. Hotel is at a reasonable location, 25-30 minutes with bus 158 from Port Authority Bus station. The view of Manhattan is really nice from the hotel. Breakfast is versatile, whether you like sweet or salty, you will find something good to have. Definitely would stay here again if the price is right.

Central location to shops, restaurants

The sauna wasn't really hot. There was hardly any fruit at breakfast. Not enough staff to deal with the amount of guests at breakfast. Guests had to be standing around waiting for food or even utensils. One morning there was only one staff trying to handle the line. She even had to grab a mop to deal with a spill. I could understand why she didn't even manage a smile. Coffee and chocolate was available all day but no hot water.

Great!

The whole stay was good!Especially the helpful staff and the breakfast. 30 minutes to Manhattan by bus. We liked the huge room and the bed was very comfortable.

the fact that every time i have stayed my room was always on second floor overlooking the roof i would perfer a higher floor with a nicer view

Location and average quality of room and services. The waterfront view and good public transportation option were key factor, although I would reconsider a closer location.

Room had water leakage on the floor, wasn't detected by personnel. The breakfast was average for international people, had expected more. Service during breakfast was very low when general manager absent. Everyone was hiding inside the kitchen and was very slow in refilling missing food or checking upon customers requests. Really bad.

The location was ideal. Very friendly guests and staff were super helpful and polite. Walking distance from a variety of stores.

This hotel has the friendliest staff, a great location and is very clean.

This Hotel has the nicest staff! Friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and our rooms were comfortable and clean. We loved taking the bus to the NYC, it was very convenient and SoJo spa is right down the street. I will definitely stay here again.
