    Great size suite, super comfy beds and much more
    The size of the suite, beds were super comfy, 2 TVs and full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and even dish soap and paper towels. Also the breakfast was nice and hot; with great variety of items.
    When I first walked in I found a smashed beer can on the floor near the window and my daughter found a bud lite bottle top in the hide a bed. It really made me wonder how clean rest of the room was.

    Good location very friendly staff could be cleaner.
    I liked the front desk staff. Very friendly. The room with the fireplace was perfect for the cold days and nights. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
    Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Dirty towels were hanging on the shower curtain rod. There were no toiletries when we arrived, the shower was not wiped down. When reported the next morning, they said they would clean it that day. They did not. They cleaned it the following day on their normal schedule. They listed that they would clean the rooms every other day, but the every other day did not hold true when we were checking out the following day. So we only had one room cleaning in five days when the room wasnt initially cleaned, it seemed like, the first time.

    Quiet Stay in Well Equipped Suite
    The suite was spacious and well equipped. It was nicely updated and decorated. It was in an easy to find location and was pretty quiet, which I enjoyed. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice.
    The bathroom door didn't close, it needed some shaved off the bottom because it scraped the floor. Also, the bottom drawer in the kitchen wouldn't open. It must've been stuck on a pot lid or something.

    Great weekend getaway. Traveled from Ohio to see the Queen, Beyonce and our visit was amazing!
    Location, clean room, breakfast, and the staff was WONDERFUL!
    The plumbing was not so good, but they solved the issue immediately.

    The hotel is overall comfortable, and the room was clean, besides one little mishap. We had a fireplace room, and it made such a difference in keeping us warm.
    One of the sheets on the bed was actually a dirty.Also ,I had called the hotel before hand to clarify something about my reservation and the lady on the phone sounded a bit condescending, additionally , I think I was supposed to get some perk as a Hilton Honors members, and I was not offered, good customer service seems to be selective in my opinion, but I am glad that did not impede my trip.

    It was a great room, everything was very clean and comfortable.
    There was an issue with the water while we were there. It was coming out brown in the shower/bath, we werent sure if it was a long term issue or something specific to our stay.

    Room size were great for the 6 adults we had during this trip. It was nice to have a ceiling fan and full kitchen to prepare meals if needed.
    Breakfast was busy and staff was not keeping up on items that were out. We did have to go elsewhere to get food.
