    Tv did not work and they tried to bring us a new remote that didnt work engineering will come tomorrow beds did not have fitted sheet- just a loose sheet that exposed the mattress protector, no pillow cases on any pillows and no bankets for the sofa.

    Why didn't they clean our room after our first nite. . I did not pay to be a guest without clean sheets, dirty towels, unlikely we would stay there again with what to me is a lack of customer care and lack of cleanliness.

    Locaton and river view are incredible.
    Not worth the price of admission and bad service. Worst breakfast experience I've had, how does a place run out of milk as soon as they start serving breakfast, then take about an hour to refill the juice and coffee. Constantly let the food run out and take forever to refill. Staff seemed irritated that we were there. Asked for housekeeping via app and confirmed with the front desk only for no one to show up. Fridge with horrible smell, complaint registered, and nothing done.

    it was a great location and nice and clean environment
    It was in a great location especially near the river walk so we could go for walks it was nice
    there wasnt enough of parking . also the beds needed more pillows they were a little uncomfortable

    A peaceful location after a long day in the car.
    Nice location along the Riverwalk and restaurants. Clean and spacious room.
    A little pricey for leisure traveler passing through town and unlikely to use available amenities.

    Overall had a great stay. Enjoyed morning walks on the riverfront.
    Friendly staff and great location
    Door to the room was very difficult to open. It took all our strength to enter and exit the room. It appeared to have been shaved but still not a good fit. Could hear others in the hallway having the same issue which resulted in the slamming of doors. The dining hall could use a secondary waffle maker. Not enough parking available for guests on hotel premises.
