Everything about this apartment was perfect, the kitchen crockery etc was really well stocked, nice complimentary touches like biscuits, crisps etc. We had a small problem with Wi-Fi initially which was resolved within a few minutes. I have limited mobility and access and location was good for a wheelchair

High spec apartment close to the quay for boat trips and also for shops, restaurants etc.

Superb! Spacious, clean, well equipped apartment. Made an excellent location for catching up with friends. Loved eating on the spacious balcony and watching the sun go down. Great location for the quay and food shops and restaurants. Nice touch was a bottle of wine left in the fridge and other goodies on the work top. Generous allocaton of luxurious towels. The agents who were managing the apartment were just below and were on hand and very helpful if there were any issues.

People shouting outside in the street in the early hours!

had a lovely time but wouldnt stay in this apartment again till we are sure building work finished

the lights went off twice but was rectified quickly it said there was work going on but we could not use balcony or even open a window very disappointed as we have stayed there previously workmen only suppose to work monday to friday but there saturday morning could not even have curtains open as no privacy

Its just a standard block of flats rather than holiday accommodation. Better value for 4 than 2?

Location was excellent, close to harbour and amongst all the eateries. Free parking at multi-storey next door provided. Poole itself highly recommended

Overly pricey for what it is. Stayed in luxury hotels in Exmouth and Weymouth either side of visit and they were cheaper. Interior clean but dated; has been kept painted but styling reminiscent of an 80s batchelor pad. Laminate floor in lounge couldve done with a few plush rugs to warm it up. Block covered in tarpaulins due to cladding removal/replacement work, and rock wool or similar insulating material had blown all over the balcony. Oh... and there was an Anti-Social Behaviour Closure Order posted on the windows of the ground floor communal entrance lobby applicable to a flat on the second floor! Didnt affect us to be fair, though.
