The breakfast has a wide range of options and the staff is attentive and welcoming. The hotel is well-situated with many restaurants nearby. However, some guests mentioned that the bathrooms in the smaller guest rooms are tiny. Overall, it provides a great experience with beautiful grounds and friendly staff.

    The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, in a peaceful location, which is very convenient for those traveling by car as they do not have to enter the pedestrian zone (ZTL). There is also courtyard parking available. It is possible to reach all the landmarks of the old town on foot from the hotel. The hotel is arranged in a monastery building and is well-furnished and attractive. All staff, from receptionists to waiters, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel, are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food.

    I little jewel in Florence.
    New, clean with spacious rooms and a nice garden to enjoy your drink or coffee. Very friendly staff and very close to the center as it was 5 mins walk from Ponte Vechio.

    Great location, staff, rooms, and everything else
    Breakfast, comfortable room, amazing size, beautiful grounds, very accommodating staff. Welcomed our pet and provided dog bowls in the room (huge surprise-normally this isnt common)
    The radiator made a high pitched sound, but that was okay nothing that the staff could have even done and was really a non-issue

    Very pleasant and I will return for the next trip to Florence.
    We like this hotel for it's authenticity. The location is quiet and feels like real Florentine people live and work around it. The hotel is an old building tastefully modernized. All the communal areas have a nice feel and are comfortable spaces to be in. The rooms are relatively simple but have everything you need in the places you expect to find them. We found the best food we experienced in Florence close by and if you are ok to walk maybe a km more this is an excellent base to discover the town.
    We thought the rooms could be softened a bit with maybe some art or softer colours.
