    Breakfast staff a bit rude; no warning given by reception about car access lockdown by police for Christmas in the evenings, meaning that we had to park the car somewhere else until 2200 until we could park in the hotel.

    They offer late check out but you can only request this on the morning of check out who chi kind of defeats the purpose as your already up and ready to go at that point
