    Great staff, even tho I asked for one extra towel and glasses and they totally forgot. So I had to go again and ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect!

    The water didn't come in morning hours during the stay and none of the staff were available to fix, no chairs in the room, common water facility was not available, lot of nuisance on 31st night.

    Good location and view from room (we got the private room). A little away from the hustle bustle.
    Could have definitely been more clean. It was not worth the price we paid for the private room. The flush in the bathroom was not working properly and almost every day we had to call someone for help. We asked for a room water heater but never got one. There is a lot of potential to make the place better, maintenance-wise. Even the terrace can be improved with a seating area.
