The staff were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. My partner was recovering from illness when we arrived and so they ensured our room was available to us two hours earlier than the check in time.
While we waited for the room they made the rooftop pool available to us and went out of their way to ensure we had towels and were shaded from the sun.
Once we were in the room they came by with mini macaroons and other small treats for when he began to eat again.
One phone call through to the relevant department was enough to get the TV sorted and a menu brought down to us. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, the beds clean and comfortable, the room itself was stunning in all its carving and because we were staying until he traditional riad section.
We woke up in the morning to the birds in the garden section of the road tweeting and went for breakfast in the restaurant to watch the morning light on Jemma el-Fna.
The selection at breakfast is great - a great combination of traditional Moroccan food alongside a more European selection, and a chef on had to cook omelettes.
We really couldnt have asked for any more from our stay.
Its hard to decide whether the staff or the location was best. Whats certain is that every effort is expended to ensure your absolute comfort - from the welcome mint tea to the total soundproofing.
