    Nice hotel with a spa
    Nice hotel with a nice spa, and not so far from city centre. Staff was very helpful, I had a problem with the room and they came to fix it right away.
    Sometime some members of the staff were very short in answers and not so welcoming, maybe they can train in communication better.

    Brilliant, would recommend and stay again if back in Barcelona!
    The staff were brilliant and so friendly. I came to Barcelona to practice my Spanish as well as see the place and the reception staff especially were happy to help me and took things slowly with me. Especially a slim, tall lady with long brown hair on reception who took extra time with me. It really boosted my confidence to learn more. The spa was lovely. The best one I have been to in a long while. The room was nice and comfortable.
    The shower in the room leaked and was really squeaky to open the shower door.

    Super comfy bed and pillows, good size room, great shower. Spa facilities is amazing!
    I requested a quite room on high floor, got a street facing room in front of elevator. Had to sleep with ear plugs. Messages are over priced and not professional - got a foot message instead of reflexology...

    Great people hotel, nice spa and delicious restaurant.
    Nice location, easy access to Ramblas, and two blocks of walking to Sagrada Familia, the hotel has a restaurant full service. Also, the hotel has a coffee and bar, and a nice Spa with a pool many jacuzzies, water jets, a steam room, a dry sauna, and many Nordic treatments like ice, cold and hot, massages, etc... a complete and clean spa, relaxation room with ceramic chair to relax. I was satisfied with this hotel.
