    Great location and friendly staff. Quick walk to the city centre. Comfy big bed, and two free cartons of water.
    Unfortunately there was a plumbing malfunction in our room in the morning: rather than emitting hot water, the faucet and shower screamed like an unruly banshee. I understand that this was likely a one-off and there was nothing that the staff could have done to rectify the issue (this was very early on a Sunday morning), but it was unpleasant. The staff did offer for us to speak with the manager, but we had to depart early. We appreciated the offer though!

    Blessed stay in Dublin city centre
    Very clean hotel throughout. excellent location in the city centre. Hot and powerful shower. Friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage there the next day while we explored the city.

    Location was good and overall room was cozy, staff was very friendly.
    During our stay there was no hot water for one day. Also in our room it was impossible to open the window and get some fresh air.

    Fantastic 2-night stay. Would stay here again.
    Good location which was walking distance to destinations such as Temple Bar and the Guinness Storehouse. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating to any requests. We had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready for early check in and the hotel staff were apologetic and managed to get things turned around as soon as possible. We were also gifted free breakfast vouchers due to the inconvenience which was appreciated. Rooms were clean and tidy and had everything needed for a pleasant and comfy stay. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was lovely. Everything was super clean and the food offered cooked to perfection! The decor of the overall hotel was beautiful. As it was Christmas everything was festive which was lovely. I couldnt fault Hotel 7 and would stay here again.
