The breakfast was of poor quality, limited choice .
As the hotel was advertised as 5 star hotel , I assumed that it was a 5 star, after checking in, I was very disappointed, the room decor was dark, a small window with limited light coming from outside, the bathroom facilities were outdated, I had requested for a refund but this was ignored, the hotel receptionist assured me she would change the room which did not happen.
