    A really friendly lovely hotel in a great location
    The location is lovely, the hotel is comfortable and is great place to stay, but most all the staff were so welcoming and helpful - good old fashioned Italian hospitality at its very best: nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and they made us feel at home.

    Beautiful hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Venice.
    The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and passionate on providing advice on on Venice. Convenient location: easy to reach with the Alilaguna ferry from the airport and is 50m from a Vaporetto stop on the Canal Grande. Less than a 10 min walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants in the area where locals would go to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice large rooms. Dogs allowed to stay for free. Excellent value for money

    Beautiful room, quaint patio setting for breakfast, amazing food and awesome customer service!
    The room was gorgeous! The breakfast food was really good and the outside patio enjoyable. The location was so easy to find. I was able to buy a bottle of wine and they even gave me a wine glass to drink it in my room.

    Great location just off San Ste vaporetto stop! Friendly, nice breakfast included. Comfortable bed!
    Room was cold! Shower door not long enough for tub but minor issue. Great overall!!

    Charming staff, beautiful hotel in a magical city. Would definitely stay there again.
    Sandro was friendly, polite and helpful upon our arrival, taking the time to talk to us about Venice. He pointed out the location of the hotel on a large map and showed us how to get around. The reception desk is manned 24 hrs and the good natured staff are always happy to answer any questions - day or night! The room was both beautiful and very clean. Excellent location, conveniently located close to a vaporetto stop and walking distance to many places of interest. Excellent choice for breakfast and very cheerful, efficient ladies serving drinks and replenishing the food area.
    I cannot think of anything I didnt like. A perfect experience..

    We had a lovely room and morning sun to lighten the room in the morning. The breakfast was a lovely mix of fresh food to start the morning. We would have loved to stay longer here if possible!
