    A 4 stars that should be a 3 and much cheaper, with a nice welcoming staff
    Overall the stay was ok, the staff nice and room big and fairly clean
    The room was dated, although clean it was scrappy, with walls that needed a paint for a long time, the double ceiling of the entrance was coming apart, the bathroom old with a small shower and small heater.

    25 mins ride to the downtown and probably all those must-visit attractions. I consider it great location given the convenient transportations and the tranquilness of the hotel and its neighborhood. Facilities worth the price we paid except they dont provide bottled water.

    The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Barcelona.

    Its close to the metro station. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
    Very old room that could be maintain. You can see a lot of damages. There was a bath tub unable to use because it didnt have the stopper. Loudy highway nearby. No appropriate working lounge. Thats definitely not the 4 stars hotel, and its too expensive for what you get.

    Everything was super. I totally recommend the breakfast also for it's price. Also the location is so good. Maybe it seems far away from the city center but there is a metro station behind of the hotel which goes directly to the plaza catalunya or other sightseeing places. It is also very close to the airport,20' far away by taxi. The staff was very helpful all the time and we appreciated that we did very early check (10am) in because they had free rooms.
    Only the heater that it was not working in the beginning but the staff arranged it immediately to fix it. :)

    The hotel Alimara was a beautiful hotel, loved the location with the metro right net to the hotel
    The room was smaller than American hotel rooms
    With 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage and a tiny closet space,it was a little tight

    Nice room, clean. It's not centrally located but metro station is just 250 m away.
