    Ok hotel, not very clean and noisy room
    Unfortunately not that amazing as the hotel name says. It's OK for one night, but some maintenance and cleaning will help getting more satisfied customers like me.
    It wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. The toilet also wasn't clean at all. It's probably the Indian standard, but I have experienced super clean rooms for less money elsewhere in Rajasthan. It's noisy from guests in the hallway and the room doesn't get dark, since there is a window in the door towards the hall.

    Amazing view to the fort from room 303 :)
    Walking distance from the center same time great view to the fort from my room. Rooftop restaurant. During my stay in Jaisalmer I eat there, only. Everything was good and delicious.

    Extremely dissatisfied.
    View from the terrace and chicken curry made specially on order by the cook.
    Two small rooms fit with king size beds leaving no space to move. Bathroom fittings needs change or repair. Overall the ambience is untidy. Charges are extremely high compared to the service given.

    Never again such a dirty place!
    Only the place.
    Extremely dirty in the bathroom. Bathroom also smells terrible. For toll people not possible sit straight on toilet. Linnen and bedsheets was very dirty with holes. We changed the room to an other and the bathroom was similar dirty. The walls were all dirty and with mushrooms on it. The desert tour is not that good what we was waiting for. Much people trying to get 1 sand dunes and driving around with the jeeps, camels ride between crazy driving cars is also no fun. I dont recommend that place! Not to understand why so good ratings.

    Amazing place to meet nice people
    What we loved the most at this hotel were the nice people who are working in it, be it Ali, the GM, Mostak the chef or Islam. we do not know all of their names, unfortunately. The chef was the only one so far in our trip to do a real non spicy dish for my kids. It was overall a really nice human experience talking to people (employees and guests) from the hotel in addition to the nice view we had of the fort.
    There are some points to improve like the cleanness of the room/bathroom but we need to adapt to the country standard. Overall, the value for money is worth.

    Stay at Amazing Jaisalmer
    - Value for money. They offer most of the facilities for a comfortable stay. - The behaviour of the staff is good. They proactively offered to help me with my luggage despite not being asked to. The guy left his task and then proceeded to help me. The staff at the reception is also very helpful. - The rooms on the upper floor and the roof-top restaurant have a view of the fort.
    - Hot water was not available in the morning once. Apparently it needs to be switched on. This could be better managed.
