Meraviglioso. Should have been a 5 star hotel !
The location of the hotel was second to none. It was within easy walking distance to all the museums,the railway station, the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno river, multiple restaurants, the covered market and outdoor market and of course quality shopping at your finger tips. Breakfast was more than adequate with fresh coffee, fresh fruit, toast and many an assortment of yoghurt,scrambled egg, etc etc. There was something for everyone. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was more than adequate. ALL staff were fantastic. From the reception desk -Paolo and others to the breakfast ladies and cleaners. All welcoming and super helpful and friendly. Grazie a tutti !

Great central hotel. Was just a few min walk from main train station and a short walk to the Duomo area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Overall great stay.

Great value for the money! Convenient location!
Paulo (Pablo? who was working at night and the next morning) gave us a free upgrade! The room was big and had a window in the bathroom (so, it didn't get too hot after taking a shower)! This was our first hotel with a window in the bathroom in Europe (since it's rare to find a hotel with a bathroom with a window)!
