Chair below mattress same color as carpet when you enter and when lights are deemed you don't notice it
Therfore its hurts a lot in the legs when you heat it as very pointy not enough sponge to make it safer
Also beds are very sharp on the corners the mattress does fit well so risky again had knocked myself at night

Amazing staff and location. Iconic property to enjoy and make memories.
Everything. But we were super impressed by the staff. Beautiful people with genuine smiles caring for the guests. We had an accident with our 3 year old son jumping on the bed. Immediately manager and medical staff visited us in the room, providing first aid and arranged the visit to hospital in no time. Our son got well thought gifts on the to the hospital. After coming back we had a clean room with even more gifts. Their composure and professionalism was priceless. Thank you so much.

I got upgraded to one of the the top floors with amazing seaview. The room was also ready at 10.30am vs 15.00 which is check-in time.
