    Nights were very disturbing, even phone bell from other rooms were clearly audible and also noises from adjoing building or thir own kitchen were disturbing. But every thing else was positive.
    Restaurant, sweet shop and nice polite behavior at reception.

    An excellent hotel for business travelers, the staff was very cooperative .Value for money.
    Good breakfast. Options could be better . There was only one staff handlining all customers , may be if one more was there service would have been faster. Staff was very helpful and the property was very well managed .Restaurant was great and food tasted great.

    Cheating Management, Wrong Rooms, Tiny Bathrooms
    Nothing. Everything was either very average or just bad. There was nothing that stood out to be liked.
    - The staff cheated us and gave us deluxe rooms even though we had booked suites. They fought with us before switching rooms for our second and last night there. They only changed the rooms when I insisted to see which room is under which category on their computed system. Note: Booking.com was completely unhelpful in this. We called them and they asked us to sort the issue ourselves. - The buffet breakfast selection is trash - they served poha, aloo paratha, toast, and chai/coffee for both days of our stay - Extremely small and smelly bathrooms (basically a toilet with a shower attached) - Dim lights in the common areas and gloomy atmosphere - Very average food Final Note: This hotel is only good enough for spending a night to sleep. Not a pleasant experience at all.
