We loved the location. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The food at the pub downstairs is awesome; my partner & I had the steak twice during our stay.
There are a few things... the window in the room is not sound proof, we could hear the traffic outside. The actual room could use a bit of interior renovation... needs a carpet change.
And maybe you could over cable channels on your TV's.

Expensive and characterless, but responded as well as they were able to the A/C not working.
Staff were eager to please and pleasant.
A/C wasn't working; I informed reception, and was provided with two floor-standing fans. I asked for a different room, but hotel was full. I asked for, and was given, a discount on the price. The hotel response to the problem was good, but the problem itself was not.
Generally, I thought the hotel room was lacking in any character, and the price was high - one pays a lot for the location.

Rooms were spacey and overlooking bondi beach
Our checkout was 11am however our flight was not leaving Sydney until 6pm. The staff member was quite unfriendly about keeping our bags for us until we departed to the airport. It seemed as though we were no longer guest therefore they werent obliged to provide this service. It was a little disappointing. Also being bond9 beach the streets below erre extremely noisey throughout the night which was heard in our room every loudly. The rooma were equipt with ear putty to help drown out the noise which was a considerate gesture.

Great hotel for a fun stay at Bondi Beach.
Great location. Comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. We love Bondi and always enjoy our stay here. Its not high end, but were fine with that.
Need a luggage rack instead of those bulky, wooden cupboards that arent useful.

Had a lovely time due to location of the hotel
The location of the hotel is excellent
Its very noisy at night. The lift did not work and the hotel is very dated .Some of the staff were not very helpful.
The family room was very small and lacked plates cups etc
