    Great hotel for decent price in a central place
    Great hotel, very central, 5 min from the metro station and walkable distance to lots of nearby attractions The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the WC was also really clean The staff was professional and very helpful. They even had reception open till late, we checked-in around 23.45 as our flight was delayed! Superb!
    - Duvets need to be replaced with newer and more colourful ones, the seem a bit outdated. - Road works on the days we stayed made our sleep a bit disturbing, but I guess that is not the hotel's fault

    Clean and good customer service.
    Clean room and nice staff.
    Breakfast fee is a bit high for what it is offered. With that said, it's optional and you are close to plenty of good coffee shops.

    Staff were very helpful and friendly. They made us all feel very welcome
    Breakfast was basic but adequate. If we wanted something special we could go to the cafe at the corner
    Lifts were quite small

    Uphill climb to the hotel. The room is not as soundproof as thought. Can hear noises from outside the room and construction going on outside each morning
