    Breakfast is good
    We booked two days earlier, but you told us that one day was cancelled, so we booked another day through our son-in-law. After we checked in, you said that the two days had not been cancelled, and the day with the son-in-law's name could not be cancelled for free. It cost us an extra day for accommodation. In addition, the hotel is extremely noisy at night, and it is impossible to sleep.

    Beautiful boutique hotel, with cartagena historical centre vibe
    In the very center of Cartagena, nice and comfortable. The room was nice bear to the pool and break fast with many options and fresh fruits and food
    There is a motor or something in the roof that makes noise all day.

    Good breakfast, friendly staff, small swimming / plunge pool on the roof was perfect for cooling off in the Cartagena heat. Bed was incredibly comfortable and clean as was the shower room.

    Good stay in Cartagena
    Central position, the decoration in the hall of the hotel, and the swimming pool very good to refresh in hot Cartagena. Very good service as th room was ready before the check in time and they also stored our laggage after the check out. Very good cleaning in room and common areas.
    Our room was quite dark, no window looking outside, one dark window looking in the courtyard, no mirrors in the room. The entrance to the shower was not very confortable. We could hear noise as our room was next to the service room. International hotel, you cannot feel very much the local atmosphere.

    Sper conveniently located in the centre of the old town right next to the gate to grab taxis and head to the pier. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great too
    Being so central the hotel was in top of one of the most noisy street of Cartagena old town. So you will hear music until 3 am. We avoided the rooms facing the Main Street but could still hear it. Not great for light sleepers but good trade of for the convenient location
