Loved the hotel and was very happy that a delicious breakfast was included. Walking distance to the lift. Beautiful peek a boo view of the Matterhorn. Wonderful.

Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

Friendly, helpful staff, great location within walking distance to the Matterhorn Paradise gondola. Dog friendly with blanket and dog bowl.

Warm welcoming staff, in a fantastic location, with stunning views!
Our room was spacious, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great choice of food and drink. You have the option to make your own pancakes, waffles, eggs etc, which was a great touch. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We also enjoyed the health spa facilities, very clean, and great after a day skiing. We thought that this family run hotel is one of the best that we have stayed in, certainly the most welcoming.

This hotel was wonderful and the location was super convenient to walk all over Zermatt. The breakfast at this hotel was exceptional! So many great options and the ability to make your own eggs and waffles along with so many breads, jams, cheese, yogurts, cereals even a smoothie maker! Having an elevator was super nice too and the view of the Matterhorn was incredible from the room.
