Was lucky to be able to book for just a night on Christmas. Great location and nice breakfast.

One of the rooms we got was not refurbished and it smells murky from the old carpet.

Strategic location, within 10 mins walking distance from the main station with 1 big and 1 small luggage. Hotel provides shuttle service for free. Hotel room is comfy, decent and privacy assured. Sound proofing is good. The hotel serves good breakfast and afternoon tea. Food is awesome.

Wifi is unstable and slow.

Very near Zermatt train station, free shuttle to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise available from the train station, very convenient.

Mixture of traditional and modern settings, especially in the rooms.

Great Location. Would highly recommend if staying in Zermatt.

The location of the hotel was great, easy walk distance from the train, ski resort and most of the shops in Zermatt. Breakfast was good and they offered a tea time with free tea/coffee and pastries.
