Great Location! Super Staff!
Hotel was well located and convenient to almost all of the major sites in Venice--St. Marks, Doge's Palace, Grand Canal. . . Also, when arriving by plane and departing by train the Water Boat from the airport dock is less than five minutes walk to the Hotel--very convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful--gave very good directions to major sites and transportation.

disappointing end to a lovely time in Venice
Our suite was very spacious for the 4 of us. Beautiful old fashioned dcor. Location was very convenient.
Highly recommend leaving all valuables in the room safe on the day of your departure, until your departure - even if you are only going for breakfast before you leave.

Beautiful and classic hotel. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved the traditional Venetian decor. Really great location near the main sites of Venice.

Brill location. Very warm and comfortable especially the bed. Breakfast pretty good, nice selection. Perfect for our 4 nights in Venice.
Nothing would recommend this hotel to others. Though just note they cannot provide irons in the rooms.

Absolutely horrible experience from the minute we arrived ! Rude service and felt we were scammed as to what our booking
This was a horrible experience! The photos we received from Booking.com were nothing like the rooms we were provided with. The service we received was rude the rooms were dirty and tired !!!
That it did not care at all about our concerns ! We were placed on separate floors from our children the rooms lacked character and cleanliness
