We had a breakfast once only at the hotel. The rest of our stay we took our them some where else.

It's very central to everything. Staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist the guests. We have stayed here many times before and all our visits to KL would be at this.hotel in the future too

only location is good about this hotel.
Room is not same as advertised in picture. very small lobby in waiting. I personally requested higher floor rooms during my booking which was almost one month before my stay. But upon arriving they gave me 4th Floor though this hotel is 19+ storied.
bed is not comfy and too small in size for double bed.
Instead of curtain they put blinds in two window for bedroom and those blinds are already broken various areas. My room number was 405. so anyone get this room will not be able to sleep after 7 AM due to sun light.
The biggest disappointment was the washroom. The basin has no water pressure at all.
Commode is a joke, it takes ages to fill the water tank if you need to reflush. Almost close to 8 minutes.
you cant flush your waste in one flush. so either you get out of toilette and go again after 8 minutes to re flush or wait entire time.
washroom is full glass walled and they have given the blinds in which anybody can see you are pooping. what an embarrassment at night specially.
We had to turn all light off to go to toilette at night. horrible experience. please avoid room number 405. we didnt complained because there is nothing they can do. At beginning when i asked for higher floor rooms they said they have only this room available. so didn't waste my time.
Privacy : Oh my God, you can literally hear everything what your neighboring rooms member are discussing. It was so annoying, trust me i had to put my headphone on and listen to music during my stay.
I know all of you are putting this hotel in a very high rank due to the location of it, but please search for some better option near this place and avoid this hotel.

1. Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang shopping malls, many restaurants

Location is good but the room not comfortable due to the sound from other side of the room.

Room. Unfortunately the room is not soundproof. U can hear someone snoring at the other side. May be because its a connecting room. And the family comes with kids and baby. You can hear them playing and baby crying. TV always no signal.
