Very good

The staff were excellent couldn't do more to help you.

Shower over bath which was very dangerous actually slipped getting out of the shower hurting my ribs and picking up a few bruises. You couldn't have a bath because the stopper wasn't working

Good

The location of this hotel was very good, easy walk to most of Sorrento. The breakfast was good with excellent service. Comfortable beds and good shower. Very helpful front desk team as well.

The room was smaller than expected. The swimming pool is more of a dipping pool and very cold. Had a bit of trouble with the air conditioner, but did get it resolved.

Superb

Lovely hotel base to explore the Amalfi coast

Good location Convenient to train station, restaurants, supermarket and laundromat. Nice swimming pool with pool bar and garden sitting area. Very nice breakfast room and staff. Great complimentary happy hour at the lobby bar enabled us to meet other guests.

We liked the location and breakfast only.

A 3 day stay in a 4 star property- the room was not clean, we had to ask for towels, unfortunately they were white towels that were now grey and thread bare. The pillows were dusty, the bed was very uncomfortable and the floor tiles were not clean. The room backed onto a side street that was very noisey all through the night.

didnt have lunch menu after 2.30 so checked in and could only get bowl of chips . pool small and very shaded and atmosphere poor, no piped music and just sad atmosphere

Highly recommend staying here but realize the town is a bit of a walk (10 minutes).

Exceptionally friendly staff and beautiful property.

Overall it was good and I do recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent as was the service from all staff. Great pool area. Location was perfect for proximity to shopping and restaurants.
