    positive experience, good value for price.
    I had a great experience, first of all I loved the "riad" vibes of the place. We spent most of the time by the pool and there was no many people around. it makes our stay very special and somewhat "exclusive". the staff were very attentive and helpful all the time. the facilities may be dated and not so luxury as you expected from a 5 stars boutique hotel however the staff compensated with an exquisite customer service.
    I didn't like the location but its not a negative aspect, its inside the city walls and it would be chaotic for the traffic reasons. but we adapted to it fast.

    Hotel is beautiful and unique. Each room is different. Amazing restaurant on premises. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
    No coffee/ tea maker in the room.

    Amazingly beautiful rooms and common areas , 5 star restaurant , beautiful outdoor breakfast area, rooftop pool , and staff friendly and helpful. Great location in Getsemani. Highly recommend to solos or couples traveling to Cartegena.
    Location was great except for Cartegena Independence Day holiday which was not recommended for tourists to go out

    Sexy boutique hotel, with a great location in Getsemani.
    Location, decor/design and landscaping make this property stand out. We were made very welcome and comfortable there by the professional and courteous staff, which notable and important to a gay couple.
    Honestly, there isnt anything that we were disappointed with.

    Love the hotel. Staff were amazing. Great location also. Just make sure you ask for a room away from the street.
    Gorgeously designed and appointed. Staff are super friendly.
    The noise from the street was unbearable at night. Cartagena is a party city. Room was street side and it was almost impossible to sleep.
