    Nice helpful staff. Great location just outside the old city walls next to Plains of Abraham.
    The building looks tired and dated on the inside.

    Liked the location but nothing else.
    Just the location. Walking distance from Old Quebec and close to a lot of restaurants.
    Its a big hotel with confusing hallways and sections. There are lots of exit door but you cannot use them. You have to go all the way back to the main entrance every time you need to leave the hotel and its a long trip if youre in a different section that the one that has entrance on it.( section B) Parking was another hassle. First of all again there is no direct elevator from other sections to parking so you have to use one elevator in you own section to come to RC level and then go to section B and take elevator again and go to parking and if your car is not in section B you have to walk walk down or up the ramps to get to your car. Very complicated and inconvenient. And after all these when you get to the gate your ticket that they gave you at the front seat for entering and exiting the parking would not work and you have to call them every night to open the gate. And its not just only you one day there were a line of cars in front of us who didnt know how to get out. Its a shame its a big beautiful hotel in a very good location but with a lot of problems. Also rugs in the room are very dirty. Stains on them everywhere.

    The beds were very comfortable. I loved the Nespresso machine in the bedroom. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered a great variety of choices including local cheeses.
    It was a little farther from the Old Quebec than I had envisioned but its location right by the Citadelle and Plains of Abrahams made for a lovely walk.

    People stay on top of our room keep walking all night and we can hear a lot of open and close doors during our sleep.

    Comfy beds, clean and nice hotel
    The beds were super comfy, we all slept really well which was surprising. I liked that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and nice body lotion were in the dispensers. I loved the large sauna and the hot tub. The wine dispensers were a great idea. The lobby was so nice and comfortable. The staff were excellent. I would stay here again!
    The room was a little small with not a good view but we had a special price through booking.com
