    Lovely stay, lovely service, some room for improvement but wed definitely return!
    Great location. Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lounge/bar/restaurants areas really pleasant. Views from the front rooms fantastic (sea and Mt Vesuvius)! Beds comfortable. Large showers. Food excellent: tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were top quality and reasonably priced. Zero waste policy is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely return. Thank you all at Conca Park.
    No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Pool and patio area are north facing so sees very little sunlight, although suspect this is the case for most of Sorrento. Maid service: bath/shower was not cleaned (hairs still in bath), hair clip on floor after clean so had definitely not been hoovered/mopped. I am particularly fussy, but definitely think this is where hotel could improve would we come back yes! So just some feedback for hotel really.

    relaxing and positive
    we enjoyed the breakfast, balcony, how comfortable the room was, the view from our room. The staff were really kind, and the location was amazing.
    Way too many ants on the balcony, they kept swarming into our room so the hotel should look into fixing that issue. Also I know this isn't the hotels fault but there is almost no sun by the pool after 1pm.

    Room was a good size. Beds comfortable. Deck lovely with great views. Very good breakfast. Easy walk to downtown.
    Room showed rough usage with banged walls and chips everywhere. Front desk staff was pleasant, but dining room staff not very helpful at all. I was ill one night and my husband went down to see if he could get me a cup of tea (there was no tea kettle or room service menu in the room). Staff was very unhelpful to say the least! Also, when we called from harbor and explained that there were no taxis, we were told to take the bus to the center and it would be an easy walk. They could have been more helpful in explaining how to get there, since there are two entrances and google sends you to the one further away with a very steep walk. It's a big hotel with lots of guests; not one with the family-feel described by many reviewers that we were expecting.

    I would definitely recommend this place
    This hotel was awesome. The facilities, pool, breakfast were amazing. When the taxi dropped you off, you take a golf cart up through a tunnel to the lobby, that was unexpected and fun.
