    Nice hotel located to a loud night club
    Hotel is located in a quiet soi just inside the city walls. There is a nice bar/caf just opposite the hotel. The room was cleen and the staff was very friendly and polite.
    The hotel is located next to a night club, and you can clearly hear the bass from this place every night from 10pm to 03am. The beds are extremely hard, to the fact I was sore when waking up in the mornings. I asked for a bed topper and they complied with the request and it helped a bit. Another thing is that every room have 2 walls where they have put up their hotel name.

    This is my third time staying here. The staff is great. The location is fantastic as well.
    I can't say there's anything I disliked about the hotel itself. My only complaint would be the late night noise from a neighboring night club.

    It was enjoyable.
    Veeeery comfortable beds! Best ones in 5 hotels so far. Nice furniture. Offer laundry for 60 baht per kg. Good breakfast for just 100 baht per person, 1 child free. Only place that offered yogurt. Decent wifi. AC ok. Shower pressure good. Decent swimming pool, though only 2-3 long chairs. Took trips every day so can not comment much about restaurants in the area. The only one we went to, called Paris, 30 m away to the right, had international food as the kids were rioting against rice :) They have decent fries, pasta etc though not cheap. Cant comment about noise or insulation as we always travel with our white noise machine.

    The only windows face the hallway so you always have to keep curtains closed. Bathroom does not have any window.

    Awesome Hotel!
    I could walk around Chiang Mai city very easily. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The value for the money could not have been better!
