    Fantastic, secluded, incredibly comfortable and beautiful hotel
    Wonderfully sized room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for exploring Bruges. Very comfortable bed, one of the best beds we have had whilst abroad.

    Christmas Charm
    Wow! On arrival into Bruges, I was greeted with snow. On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with the most magical Christmas display I could imagine! Christmas trees, lights, music, beautiful decorations . . stunning! The hotel is perfectly located on the canal and it is easily walkable to restaurants and cafes, chocolate shops, Christmas Markets, churches and museums and other attractions. I arrived at the hotel early and though I couldn't access my room immediately, I was emailed within the hour to say it was ready. I appreciated this. My room 213 was small, but ample for my two night stay. My view each night was the Belfry! The room exuded gorgeous old world charm with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was well supplied with products, a free standing shower and a wall heater that made drying of clothes simple. I appreciated the still and sparkling water that was provided and Reception staff were happy to refill when needed. I had breakfast on the first morning of my stay - there was a wide variety of cereal, yogurt and fruit, together with a hot and cold food selection and delicious pastries. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were also served in the charming breakfast room with beautiful china. The voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar during my stay and a packet of cookies on leaving were a special touch. Hotel staff were constantly helpful in providing maps, information and booking taxis. This was not my first stay at this hotel and after this beautiful Christmas visit, I know it won't be my last!

    the pillows, the lighting in the room, the bath was ridiculous it needs removing or an upgrade to the water supply so you can run it in under an hour,

    The location was amazing! The view from our canal facing room was awesome. I loved just sitting in the window and watching the tour boats and horse and carriages go by. The staff was also amazing! They were so friendly and helpful even on Christmas Day! I cant imagine staying anywhere else if we revisit Bruges.

    It was beautiful, very classy
    The breakfast plates were tiny you just couldnt fit the cooked food on them. Also would be nice to have the choice of omelettes included rather than having to pay extra as 26 was a lot to pay although the choice was lovely.

    Visited during December 2023 Firstly, youll feel the warm welcoming right from the first moment. The first impression is guaranteed to be of high standard and pleasant. The reception team were attentive to details and I was closely guided as how to find my way to park my car in their parking facility, which is walkable in about few minutes, and reachable within about 200 meters. The room is spacious and nicely decorated with the themes of old centuries. The wooden floored room provided unique feeling and the overall experience was favorably memorable. Thanks to the hard working team. Their devotion was evident and notable. As long as they hold to this high standard, Ill repeat my stay in this great hotel whenever am back to this nice city.

    Boujee and cosy outstanding hotel in the best location.
    Amazing, such a boujee hotel with a great ambience and excellent location. The staff were second to none, nothing was too much trouble and the room was very comfortable and the hotel just cosy.
