    Overall it's okay
    staff, access to metro, clean. very friendly and responsive staff. check in fast and smooth. metro walking distance. wifi fast and free, coffee at breakfast was very good from the machine. ironing room was great
    Breakfast was a bit poor - all types of eggs were tasting terrible, every day same food. No potatoes, no mushrooms. After 9 am things finish very fast and replenishing takes time, like croissants and cold cuts. Only 2 types of fruit available. Rooms are too small for 2 people and the baggage, TV is very small. Matrasses are tough. No kettle in the rooms. We had to change the room to the one with no carpets as carpets are with stains and don't smell nice.

    Very good value for money. Location seemed far at first, but actually it is very fast to get to the centre by metro. Metro stop just 2 min away from the hotel. Staff are also very helpful. I would definitely use again.

    Overall it was good, staff is great, but for a longterm stay is not the best option.
    Check-in very fast. Staff very helpful and nice and professional. Location close to metro which was great. Rooms clean, bathroom warm and clean, no issues. Free wifi, big full height mirror in rooms is excellent for ladies.
    The room is too small for a long stay as not mush space to keep luggage and clothes, maybe for one person it would be fine, but two not really. We asked to change the room to the floor where rooms don't have carpets (1st floor) as carpets smell and look dirty. TV very small screen. Breakfast is not too good. Eggs were very bad, couldn't eat. Only pineapple and melon for fruit, every day the same. Better to go before 9 am, as from 9:30 till the breakfast finishes there's not much left and replenishing of some items like croissant takes forever. Overall the breakfast is okay but not okay for a long stay as you will want to eat outside after 2 days.

    very good weekend stay in MIlan
    Nice area close to metro station with a shopping center near by with food and shops
    outside the building in the street was a little untidy and it did damper the image of the hotel outside, the hotel its self its a beautiful building
